Myers looks back at his visit

Tight end Tommy Myers of Coventry, Conn. has been committed to the Huskies since June, and recently he was able to return to campus once again to take his official visit. With both of his parents being UConn graduates, the entire family was excited for the experience.
"I took my official visit the weekend of the Cincy game," said Myers. "It was great. I had a fun time with the team and the other recruits."

Myers, who was hosted during the weekend by freshman tight end Sean McQuillan, was asked about the interaction he had with the coaching staff during the three days.
"Well there were a lot of recruits there, so I didn't get to talk to them much, but the time I got was good," said Myers.
The official visit experience was also memorable for Myers' parents, since it gave them the opportunity to return to the school they graduated from.
"They had a blast," said Myers. "They thought it was an amazing experience."
Myers will now turn his attention to preparing himself for his move to UConn, which will take place in June.
