Huge NY OL on the radar

UConn is recruiting several players from Brooklyn (NY) Poly Prep, including offensive lineman Justin Morgan. Morgan has taken a visit to UConn this spring and came away impressed with everything he experienced.
"Recruiting is going well," said Morgan, who mentioned that UConn, Syracuse, Boston College, UMass, Miami and Penn State are currently showing him the most interest.

He has taken recent visits to UConn and Syracuse, and shared his thoughts on his time in Storrs.
"It was great," said Morgan, who is 6-foot-7 and 335-pounds. "I enjoyed it and I liked their facilities a lot. They also have a great coaching staff. They really do show a lot of love."
During his visit he had the opportunity to see the Huskies practicing.
"It was very different from a high school practice," he said. "It was very high tempo and loud. I really enjoyed the way the offense and defense went at each other, especially the offensive linemen and defensive linemen."
Recruiting Morgan for UConn has been Coach Corley.
"He's a really cool dude," said Morgan, who mentioned that UConn has been recruiting him since January.
So has UConn brought up the possibility of an offer?
"Not yet, but everyone tells me the same thing," he said. "I need to lose a little more weight and I'll be great for their organization. I'm planning on being 320 by the summer so that's when my offers should be coming in."
This weekend, Morgan will take visits to both Boston College and UMass. He also plans to take a few more visits and attend some campus during the summer, but has yet to make any firm plans.
UConnReport.com will continue to stay in touch with Morgan to see how his recruiting process progresses in the coming months and to see if he makes his way back to Storrs.
