Massachusetts running back Kevin Mensah will be joining the UConn Huskies this fall as a 2017 recruit. The talented athlete announced his decision on Twitter Friday evening.

Mensah has had a long, winding path in his recruitment so it's good to see him settle down somewhere. As a prospect, he has shown great big play potential with his track speed. He stood out as an all-purpose at the 2015 New York vs. New England All-Star Challenge, where he competed against many of the top class of 2016 prospects from the area.
