As a member of the class of 2018, Plack was unranked as a recruit. He hailed from South Fayette High School down in McDonald, Pennsylvania and played his high school ball with fellow Huskies transfer commit Ray Eldridge.

In the end, Eldridge chose the Blue Hens over 17 other offers from the likes of schools such as Air Force, Army, Akron, Bowling Green, UConn, Navy, Temple, Toledo and several others.

During his five years with Delaware, he appeared in 44 total games (29 starts) all while tallying 269 total tackles (131 solo), 17 Pass Deflections, three interceptions, four forced fumbles and three fumble recoveries.

Plack has one year of eligibility remaining to play for the Huskies.
