Prominent 2024 F Jahki Howard is set to visit UConn this month

A lengthy 6-foot-7 forward with elite athleticism, a phenomenal defensive skill set and developing tools to be great on the offensive end as well 2024 forward Jahki Howard will be headed to UConn for an official visit later this month.

He is most known for his incredible athleticism and ability to dominate on both sides of the game. Howard has been brilliant in the EYBL circuit so far for the NH Lightning.

Playing for the YNG Dreamers of Overtime Elite in Atlanta, Georgia, Howard was able to showcase his abilities at a high level, averaging 10 points per game for the second best team in the league. Howard was a staple for the Dreamers’ defense, averaging almost 2 steals and 1 block per game.

The star forward has stepped up his game even more on the AAU circuit. He averages 16.9 points, 5.1 rebounds, and an assist per game on one of the best squads on the EYBL circuit. Many have mentioned him as one of the biggest risers and overall best forwards on the circuit. One of Howard’s impressive feats is that he has been deadly efficient at scoring the basketball. His 1.26 points per possession is the best in the Nike EYBL.

He has been on UConn’s radar for a little while now and received his offer a month ago on April 26. His upcoming visit with the Huskies will be his first time officially in Storrs.
