UConn commit ready to impress

Less than 24 hours until National Signing Day, UConn commit Cory Jasudowich has something else to take care of first. Jasudowich will captain Team USA in the International Bowl tonight, before officially becoming a Husky tomorrow morning.
"I'm actually in Texas right now for the International football game," said Jasudowich. "I'm playing for Team USA and I'll be signing down here."

Being named captain was a very big accomplishment for Jasudowich, and he is eager to show everyone his abilities on the field tonight.
"I'm trying to play the best game I can," he said. "This is going to be my last game of my high school career, so I'm trying to have a lot of fun."
While he may be far from home, Jasudowich is still excited about National Signing Day tomorrow.
"I'm really excited about signing with UConn," he said. "I wouldn't want it any other way."
Jasudowich's family is also excited for the big day tomorrow.
"They are super excited that I'm staying close to home and that they will be able to see all of my home games," he said.
After National Signing Day, Jasudowich has a few plans in mind before his move to Storrs.
"What I'm trying to do is train hard and prepare myself to be the best player I can," he said.
You can watch Jasudowich in action tonight on the CBS Sports Network at 9 p.m.
